     I know many of you are anxious to volunteer on our campus.  We are in the process of approving all of our volunteer forms.  If you have not had an opportunity to sign up to volunteer on our campus, never fear.  We are going to have volunteer sign-ups at Back-To-School Night.  I would encourage all of you to attend and to sign-up to be a part of the wonderful things happening at Anderson Middle School.

     Thank you to all parents who were able to join us for 5th and 6th Grade Orientation on August 20.  We had a record breaking number of parents with 230 in attendance.  We are extremely excited to start the school year with such great parent support and look forward to a great partnership to ensure your child's success.

• Shopping at Office Depot?

     Anytime, throughout 2004, if you make a purchase at Office Depot they will contribute 5% of how much you spend to our school for school supplies.  All you need to do is tell them our school ID number which is 70005582  Thanks a lot.
